Sy (pictured) has written for Carlos Santana, Mya, Macy Gray, Ronny Jordan and Ali Shaheed Muhammed of Tribe Called Quest.

On top of being a much respected recording artist in her own right, she released albums through her own label Psyko! Records Inc.
