Missing Link Music is happy to announce it’s newest addition to it’s esteemed roster of artists and producers.

Kenneth “KC” Knight is a producer, musician and composer whose musical mastery has caused him to be highly sought after in the music industry by multi-platinum artist and producers alike. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, KC is a self taught musician that started playing the piano and the drums as early as 4 years old. He played at various churches around the LA area before his talents transitioned him into the entertainment industry.

KC’s artistic range and precision has led him to perform on some of the most well known musical stages in the world, such as the Essence Music Festival and The Billboard Awards, as well as touring with national recording artists such as TLC, Boyz II Men, Jonathan Butler, Melanie Fiona, Ledisi, and Neyo, just to name a few. KC has also graced the stage on daytime and late-night television, playing for various artist on The Jay Leno Show, Late Night with David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon, and The Ellen De Generes Show. Through playing wit various artist on tour, KC was able to also showcase his production skills, with some of his earliest producer credits being on Boyz II Men’s Christmas album.

The professionalism and musical integrity KC adds to every project he puts his hands on has made him one of the most sought after producers in the business, working along side Grammy award-winning producers such as Randy Jackson and Warryn Campbell. Due to him being a musician by nature, KC’s commitment to musical distinction as well as his openness and willingness to commit to the vision of each artist that he is creating for is rare and un-parallel. His love and knowledge of music provides him with an expertise that spans a wide range of genres, including R&B, Gospel, Pop, Hip Hop, Christian Contemporary (CCM), Country, and Indie/Alternative. KC most recently co-produced the title track for Tamala Mann’s most recent album “One Way” as well as has producer credits on Musiq Soulchild’s latest release “Life On Earth.”

When asked “how are you able to make music that not only reflects the artists vision, but can speak to the soul of the listener,” KC states that when he’s in the studio he keeps his favorite quote in mind: “Trust the Process.”
