As we're sure you've heard, the Met Gala was last month and the theme was, In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion. It will be on display until May 5th, 2022 when Part 2 of the exhibition opens: In America: An Anthology of Fashion.

We licensed "Fuck The Police" by N.W.A on behalf of co-writer Harry Whitaker for use in the two-part event.

The iconic song supports the effort "to give [American fashion] its storytelling abilities back" and the exploration of unfinished stories in the context of race, gender and materiality; it considers who was in those rooms and who were barred from entering.
